Delete your Lumaris account

If you would like your Lumaris account and associated data deleted, please email:

support@lumarisapp.com

Please send the request from the same email address used for your Lumaris account, or include that email address in the message.

What will be deleted

• Your Lumaris account profile
• Your login association and account identifiers stored by Lumaris
• Your app progress, including goals, tasks, streaks, and related usage data
• Your subscription status stored in Lumaris, where applicable

What may be retained temporarily

Some limited billing or transactional records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes where required.

Deletion timeline

Valid deletion requests are normally processed within 7 days.
